What kind of judge tells a mother she is being “selfish” for hanging on, wanting some form of relationship with her child, instead of letting a severely parentally alienated (special needs) teen go live solely with his dad? He is one that refused to review the case law in the mother’s affidavit, that took her months to prepare. J. Marvin Kurtz was amazingly dismissive of real crisis that goes on in our society, allowing might to be right. Old boys club rules.
