Earlier comments about Mark's lack of integrity and discipline are so very true. He intimidates his own clients, bullies them and seems to be stuck in the procedural side of the litigation, lacking any ability to think strategically; he is disrespectful, writes novels in his email responses which all lead to high legal fees with zero progress. $10K in charges and we are 6 months in from a simple court mediation and still do not have the Order filed - a CONSENT Order. He has no experience in managing high conflict cases, tries to play "kumbaya" with the opposing side, does not follow his Client's instructions and charges an arm and a leg for his exhaustive and long monologue speeches about nothing. He has no problem abandoning you when you need legal assistance most, because his vacation plans are a higher priority. He is rather insecure and will try to destroy you if you ever question or challenge his charges or recommendations. Stay away from this lawyer at all costs!!!!!

Don't understand these negative ratings, must be people that aren't Mark's clients complaining. Not my experience of Mark at all.

Too upset and disgusted to even say anything about the mess he made of my file and my life, at a huge financial cost.

He really understood the issues that were important to me and helped me resolve my divorce as amicably, quickly and cost effectively as we could. I get that these things are hard and take a long time, but I feel he really cared and tried to make it as painless as possible.
