When my husband suddenly asked me for a divorce and cleaned out our bank accounts, I was stunned. With all the emotions that one goes through, I was lost and confused with little money to hire a lawyer. I made and appointment with Jeana for a free consultation to talk about my options. Her firm offered a payment plan that would fit my financial circumstances. However, my final decision to hire Jeana was due to her knowledge and experience of the law, along with, her ability to be compassionate and empathetic. Her keen ability to negotiate resulted in getting everything I deserved and asked for. She is not only a great lawyer but clearly a great person.

On 1 June 2016, I had my heart ripped out of me. After gather my wits, I began to search for legal representation and Ayo and Iken was the first firm that appeared on my search. I called to setup an appointment and I could feel the compassion through the phone. It was then I knew this was the place for me. When I walked through the door on 3 June 2016, I heard Jeana is the conference room with another customer. Needless to say, I was impressed, however, she would exceed my expectations with her dedication to the case, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism.
Fast forward 2 May 2017, my court date and day of judgement. If I did not have Jeana on my team that day, I believe the outcome would have not favored me. Instead, I was vindicated of my allegations, and my daughter will continue to have her devoted and loving father in her life.
Thank you Jeana for giving this daddy and daughter the opportunity to continue building the enduring all important life long bond.

Jeana is extremely knowledgeable. She will challenge the other lawyer and call them out requesting evidence. She is clear in her thoughts able to expresss and justify with facts and data to the judge. She seeks the knowledge of her peer attorneys in the practice. Although my case is taking more time than I would like, she's not let up and I feel she has my kids and my best interest and is fighting for what's fair. She is very reasonable and a great negotiator. Its hard to do a value until my case is settled. It's been a long road. I believe in Jeana and her abilities 100% and very grateful to her.

I went to Ms. Vogel with a follow up issue after my divorce. This was a time sensitive matter and the opposing counsel had no sense of urgency for a mere signature. Immediately upon hiring Ms. Vogel the matter was resolved. I will definitely be hiring Ms. Vogel for any future litigation needs.

Communication between client/firm horrible. you sign up (thought I was getting a firm got a one woman show) your toast. $10K retainer,$2K more not even close to a divorce from last year. requested copies of final billing/records several times never even got a response. It's called churning a nasty practice to use your funds quick. She would consistently not answer all emails so I would have to email again.She would call me on the phone /then deny ever saying it. She never tracked the timeline in my case it was always myself checking. Filled out my forms received blank ones in email. Case stagnant went to Sarasota Clerk Jeana misfiled paperwork. She forgot about the case. Spoke to owner Mr. Ayo no avail called back tried to speak to Iken, no response. I am disabled/Vogel chose to inform me I was in "a fog" (scatterbrained). fired approx 2 wks ago filing a complaint w/BBB n Florida Bar. They r opening a new office in Clearwater, FL clients suffer they are overworked.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of my case. Everything went according to exactly what Ms. Vogel said she would do. She's extremely knowledgable on the laws and how to best use them even being able to correct the judge a few times. I would highly recommend Ms. Vogel to anyone needing an excellent family lawyer.

Unfortunately Ms. Jeanna Vogel was not my lawyer in my divorce initially it was another lawyer from another Firm that was a big mistake but thank God I found Jeanna she help help sor out some issues with my ex-wife taking a lump some of money from my kids. My name is John. Ms. Vogel was with me at the hearing and she was amazing. Ms. Vogel is so knowledgeable in her field of law that I can only say she is amazing. When it comes to the service industry, it's very hard to find quality service providers. Whether it's a mechanic, a hair dresser or a lawyer, when you find a gem like Jeana Vogel, you don't want to go to anyone else! She is a compassionate, knowledgable, and attentive proffessional. She handled my 2014 case in a manner that more than exceeded my expectations. My case was not family law, but where she did not have direct knowledge for my case, she proved herself to be very resourceful in obtaining what was needed for it. She answered every phone call and every email, mostly the same day. As an added bonus, I really feel like she cared about me and my case and that I wasn't just another case to process. I have already recommended her to friends and if I were to ever need a lawyer again, she will be the first one I call.
