When my husband suddenly asked me for a divorce and cleaned out our bank accounts, I was stunned. With all the emotions that one goes through, I was lost and confused with little money to hire a lawyer. I made and appointment with Jeana for a free consultation to talk about my options. Her firm offered a payment plan that would fit my financial circumstances. However, my final decision to hire Jeana was due to her knowledge and experience of the law, along with, her ability to be compassionate and empathetic. Her keen ability to negotiate resulted in getting everything I deserved and asked for. She is not only a great lawyer but clearly a great person.

Jeana is extremely knowledgeable. She will challenge the other lawyer and call them out requesting evidence. She is clear in her thoughts able to expresss and justify with facts and data to the judge. She seeks the knowledge of her peer attorneys in the practice. Although my case is taking more time than I would like, she's not let up and I feel she has my kids and my best interest and is fighting for what's fair. She is very reasonable and a great negotiator. Its hard to do a value until my case is settled. It's been a long road. I believe in Jeana and her abilities 100% and very grateful to her.

I went to Ms. Vogel with a follow up issue after my divorce. This was a time sensitive matter and the opposing counsel had no sense of urgency for a mere signature. Immediately upon hiring Ms. Vogel the matter was resolved. I will definitely be hiring Ms. Vogel for any future litigation needs.

Communication between client/firm horrible. you sign up (thought I was getting a firm got a one woman show) your toast. $10K retainer,$2K more not even close to a divorce from last year. requested copies of final billing/records several times never even got a response. It's called churning a nasty practice to use your funds quick. She would consistently not answer all emails so I would have to email again.She would call me on the phone /then deny ever saying it. She never tracked the timeline in my case it was always myself checking. Filled out my forms received blank ones in email. Case stagnant went to Sarasota Clerk Jeana misfiled paperwork. She forgot about the case. Spoke to owner Mr. Ayo no avail called back tried to speak to Iken, no response. I am disabled/Vogel chose to inform me I was in "a fog" (scatterbrained). fired approx 2 wks ago filing a complaint w/BBB n Florida Bar. They r opening a new office in Clearwater, FL clients suffer they are overworked.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of my case. Everything went according to exactly what Ms. Vogel said she would do. She's extremely knowledgable on the laws and how to best use them even being able to correct the judge a few times. I would highly recommend Ms. Vogel to anyone needing an excellent family lawyer.

My name is John. Ms. Vogel was with me at the hearing and she was amazing. Ms. Vogel is so knowledgeable in her field of law that I can only say she is amazing. She presented to the judge in such a professional manner. She was so prepared for my case. Ms. Vogel, Mr. Ayo, and the rest of their team has been there for my daughter and me. I am so happy for everything they all have done for us. I know we have more to do with my case but I am very confident that I hired the best to handle my case. They are all very professional, very knowledgeable, very supportive, and most importantly they all care about their clients.
