Mr. Rickard saved me thousands of dollars by exposing a sham deal that a lawyer and his realtor buddy had been working hard for months to convince me to join into with them. In mid July Mr. Rickard exposed their scam for what it truly was and they were told in no uncertain terms the relationship was over. They were both very angry as the deal then collapsed. Thankfully the damage I suffered was mostly limited to wasted time and not the financial disaster which would have resulted had I signed into an agreement with these two clowns.

I don not think i could have found a bigger joker. The whole team over their cost us thousands. Timmy was about as smart and effective as the Timmy on South Park. He sure had a stern look until either the crown or the judge talked. Do not waste your time or your money. Hopefully he is not actually in charge of anything.
