I would not recommend Mark McMann P.A. to anyone! I hired him simple child support modification & we agreed on a total payment.
He then quickly became difficult to contact via phone when I needed updates on the case. He returned calls late or not at all.
I had also set up several phone consultations with dates and times. He never followed through. He was also supposed to show up at the court but claimed he was ill, & phoned in instead. We also moved and I notified him twice, yet his office kept sending papers to the wrong address. We also never received any notice of the deposition. Luckily, I called the day before the court date to ask about the case & learned it was the next day. I would have missed my own court date as he failed to keep me advised. Case documents I received from his office had many mis-spellings/grammatical errors. I phoned in and corrected them myself.
After the case he then demanded additional money. I would not recommend McMann P.A. to anyone!
