Mr. McCully presents well, and initially made a good impression but as I subsequently discovered, his knowledge of the law and overall handling of the case was poor. Imho was not well represented.

Johnathan is an extraordinary lawyer. In 2006 , he assisted with my car accident claim which I was so thankful to have such a dynamic, empathetic and personable lawyer. Even today, I can phone for help and he contacts me hours later. He is very genuine and easy to talk too. I know a lot of lawyers, however its nice he remembered me and that I was a person, not a file #.

Jon's common sense approach to understanding and solving my issue was refreshing and effective. I appreciated his advice and his ability to understand and grasp the nuances of the issue at hand very quickly. I have Jon at the top of my list for any legal advice and litigation required in the future.

Had a really good experience with Jon representing me when a home builder cancelled our contract. We prepared a very thorough case and settled for a reasonable amount.Other lawyers felt we wouldn't get anything and in this case the results were great. I was surprised how effecient and quick the process was. I have used Jon for several other deals and have him currently working on another case where i have found the communication very satisfactory and the advice reasonable and accurate.

Years ago we became involved with Jonathan McCully for an insurance claim. Other firms turned us away, but Jon took our case on. Ours turned out to be a long and involved case that spanned several years, however through the whole thing Jon demonstrated his long term commitment to our case and we always felt we were a priority. He always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity and worked hard for our resolution. We are so grateful to Jon and his team that were involved in our case. What could have been an extremely stressful experience turned into a positive one that ended in our favour! I would highly recommend Jonathan McCully.
