David helped me with my legal separation. My ex is a stand-up person, and I personally dislike confrontation. So I think it went well. It was still a harrowing process after being a couple for about 37 years. I hadn't been employed for many years, other than caring for my mother and then being the executor of her will. And I was 61 with few prospects, So I found the fees to be extremely challenging and paid them out of the money my mother was able to leave me. Now at 67, I am living on 1500/month (OAS + CPP) supplemented by the financial arrangement made between me, my ex, Mr. Couture and my ex's lawyer. I am not rich. But I think I'll be OK. I felt listened to and included in the process. I am very glad I made that first appointment with D. Couture.

Has no backbone. Told me to give my ex everything he wanted, waisted too much money on him trying to get him to defend me. Biggest regret in my separation.

When I got separated after almost 30 years of marriage I was completely clueless. David worked relentlessly to protect me financially. I had endless questions and he always tried to help me understand everything. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

David helped me with my divorce. He worked so hard for me and he got the best result that I could have hoped for. He was always there when I needed him, responded to my emails and returned my calls. I felt like my case mattered to him. I would recommend him 100%!

I can say that I have experienced four different lawyers over the last four years from the worst to the best. David is without doubt-the very best! I trust him completely! He eased my stress levels whereas the other lawyers only added to my stress. David did everything he said he was going to do in a very timely manner on my behalf. He went above and beyond to help me with my confusing situation. He completely took the lead and straightened everything out with three other lawyers and the courts. He gets the job DONE! He does not waste your time or money! He's straight to the point! He's the real deal! I truthfully never thought I could say that about a lawyer from all the negative experiences I've had with other lawyers in the past. I'm so happy to have found him, just wish it would have been sooner. I would recommend him to any one in a heartbeat!

He may be a young lawyer but he's there for you 24/7. If he doesn't have an answer to a question he'll have it for you before the end of the day. He does what he has to and doesn't tell you what you just what you want to hear. He tells you what's actually going to happen and what to prepare for. If you want a lawyer that's there for you and shoots straight for you. This is the guy. If your going to put out money for a lawyer you need a lawyer that you feel comfortable with and one that's going to go to the max for you. David's a guy that knows his points and doesn't drag stuff on. Its a lets get this done and get what you want. We are extremely pleased with his work and would refer any one to him. Don't let his age fool you. He was there for us and stayed later in the day to arrange around work schedules. All I can say is I'm glad when I called and questioned about a dozen lawyers we picked him.
