she over charged our family with the estate of our mother. then made threats to our family, after the judge told her she was screwing us, then had the balls to turn one family against the rest. she is a sneaky snake in the grass and should have her licence pulled.

The draft of our trust included distribution of funds to our heirs at three different ages. Any funds remaining to be given to a person whose name we didn't recognize. It seems to us she took someone else's trust and substituted their names for ours. She wanted us to complete our trust by July 1st because of new trust rules. But didn't appear able to explain these changes and how our trust would be impacted. For the work she's done so far her charges, we feel, are high.
