Very kind and caring lawyer who actually is empathetic to your situation and truly wants to help. She doesn't ever rush you during phone communications. Most lawyers I find will make you feel like you are bothering them when you call them and try to get through a call as quickly as possible. All in all this lady is top notch in her performance in the courtroom and a good hearted human being.
