Did not let me know probate procedure in advance. Gave advice to my family in a letter about whether judge would hold a hearing about a dispute even though the the judges' clerk indicated the judge probably would hold a hearing. Billed for additional work after I had paid final billing. Technical knowledge seems fine. Very poor to work with. Filing straight forward probate cost almost $11000 for a simple estate with all of the investigatory work already completed. Just needed to fill out and fille paperwork. Never called with updates and not once answered phone on first phone call. Did not always call back within 24 hours. Let timing slip by weeks.
