Ms. Simaei and a another lawyer were recommended to me by a lawyer for my divorce case. I calld Golnaz only by chance! I can say I am very lucky! I went through a high conflict divorce and I didn't know Golnaz is a specialist in high conflict cases!! Ms. Simaei is very smart, knowledgable and supportive. She loves her job and she puts a lot of effort into her client's case. She is very strong in court. I really admire her when she advocates for me in court. I always listen to her recommendation and I got the best result. We won every single motion in my case. Protecting and advocating for her clients is her first priority. Money, weekend, holiday doesn't mean anything to her if her client needs help!

If I was a man I would not hire GS. Her answer to everything is just pay. She stressed us out more during my boyfriends high conflict divorce than his ex wife did. The ex had 18 allegations to the police all found to be untrue attempting to alienate him. In the 3 week custody trial the ex went unrepresented because she was certifiably nuts, in the first week my boyfriend got 50/50 access because it was clear she was nuts, alienation was proved and GS still didn't get us custody because she did not know what she was doing. Why does a family lawyer who has no kids want to pursue high conflict cases? For profit. GS can never relate to the pain of losing a child and she capitalizes on the conflict just as many other lawyers do. Unnecessary motions and paperwork for financials, we got a bill in the tens of thousands on Wednesday and if it wasn't paid by Friday she wouldn't take our calls. She made us fear the judge when what you need is to get in front of a judge. Glad she is gone.
