Steve R. Baldwin lost a landmark case in Ontario judicial history when he failed to remember the Browne vs Dunn rule and its application in a courtroom. Browne vs Dunn is elementary law school stuff, but for some reason Steven Baldwin decided to throw two hundred years of legal precedent out the window when he decided to impeach the character of a defendant in the case of Taylor v Zents. Baldwin’s lapse in judgment ended up costing his client several million dollars when Baldwin ultimately lost the case. If you are thinking about retaining Steven R. Baldwin from Baldwin Law you should remind Steven of the Browne v Dunn case lest he contaminates another jury in your legal proceedings. Steven R. Baldwin is a stone cold legal loser.

I knew I hired the wrong lawyer when Baldwin exclaimed the proceedings were "not fair" to the judge and jury. Lawyering 101, don't tell a judge their court room is "not fair". I lost. It was very, very expensive.

A liar who takes advantage of anyone if they can afford 30k up front. Will tell you its all good, lose your case then hit you with a bill for things he never mentioned. His paralegals and other lawyers are just as bad.

Probably the best litigation lawyer in Belleville. Although, is that saying much? Steve Baldwin is the "Matlock" of Belleville lawyers. He loves to get in front of a judge and jury in a court room and perform his schtick. The "Matlock" performance gets expensive though, but if you want a good drama performance from your lawyer in the court room, Steve Baldwin is the best guy around.

Loves to litigate which always costs a hell of a lot more in the end. I should have picked another lawyer
