F&D Associates affordable legal documents are posing as attorneys. Their office was once located on 3730 Cypress Creek Parkway HouTX 77068 these people are pretending to be lawyers when there are not legit lawyers there are not even paralegals but the guy posed as a lawyer and his assistant Tiffany and Stephanie poses at paralegals.
I don't care about the money I care about the principal of them taking advantage of people who are poor and stealing their money they're Crooks and thieves. They need to be caught and sentenced to jail or a hefty fine for acting as lawyers. They're listed on several Pages websites these people cannot be contacted. The Internet has List It several telephone numbers they move locations every 3 months. I found one website where it says that they're not lawyers and they do not give any legal advice but then I see another one say that they are lawyers and they give legal advice at an affordable rate. Please be aware these people

Attention Troy L Hines is a scammer, liar, & thief. I hired him to represent me in a divorce. He charged me $1049. He promise me with in 6 months the divorce would be final. After finish making payments he stop calling. Haven't heard nothing from him!

This guy and his wife are crooks and I plan to file against them. They took my money and did not do anything. They never returned my calls after they assured my things would be taken care in two face to face office visits. Now the phone numbers are disconnected and their office has moved with no forwarding address. "WAY TO SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY!"

I gave Troy Hines $600 to do my case it's been a year and I'm still not divorced I have no contact numbers for this guy I feel like I've been scammed I have been waiting on my final divorce decree for an entire year

Troy Hines took almost $600 from me for an out-of-state divorce. Come to find out, the courts ended up contacting me because he filed paperwork, but they just laid on someone's desk and were never picked up (for a good 4 months). When I contacted him regarding this, he claimed the "process server" is running behind. Then another month or two later, he claims he was in the process of getting a new process server because he was not doing his job. Finally I hired a real attorney and after doing so, I REALIZED HOW MUCH TROY HINES WAS A RIP OFF. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND INFORMED ME TO HAVE MY LAWYER CALL HIM. Needless to say, I have not been able to reach him since. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS LIAR ANY OF YOUR MONEY. HE WILL TALK A GOOD TALK BUT WALK A CHEATING WALKTING!! HE WILL HAVE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK AS TO WHY HE COULDN'T BE REACHED. DO!! NO!! HIRE!! HIM!! HE!! WILL!! RUN!! WITH!! YOUR!! MONEY!! PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!
