I was a partner in a business and Muma was our lawyer. Partner and I had a falling out. Muma went behind my back, allowed my partner to shut down the business without my knowledge or consent and then open an identical one. Ruined my career and took a very expensive court battle to get my share of the business $$.

Just run away. He took lunch meetings with a 3rd party, who said they represented me (they didn't), charged me for the lunch and the time. No idea what was discussed. Severed ties with the 3rd party and him.
