Horrible lawyer! Did not explain things at all. Confused during the whole process. After we purchased our condo and paid for all the fees to him and got our condo keys we kept getting bills from him. How can you still get bills after the transaction is complete? In the end I think we got taken for a ride. We spent twice the quoted amount. Stay away and use a different lawyer.

Nestor looked after my will and Powers of Attorney. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy for me. I will definitely seek his services for future legal issues.

Mr. Wolicki is a terrible attorney. He is unreliable, unprofessional and does a terrible job of representing his clinets. The only reason he has a small group of clients is because he is in the Ukrainian Community of Bloor West Village and Ukrainians prefer to go with a local real estate lawyer that does wills as well. Nestor made major mistakes on my documents and blamed me for "overseeing them"
