EXTREMELY poor service...waited on hold forever even though they were expecting my call. Assistants were curt and unresponsive. Quite frankly, I'm surprised how this firm is still in business given their severe lack of customer focus...after all, I'm paying them...well, not anymore

Very poor client service from the assistants, who pretty much handled all the works. The lawyer was good at explaining. The assistants never return calls/ enquiries, has "attitude" and not polite. I completed both my sales and purchase at their office. I haven't received my title document after 2 months of completion date, the assistant has no initiative to follow up unless I call her. My sale proceeds was not received until 2 days after my completion day, and my bank received the payout cheque a day later in the afternoon and I have to pay 2 extra days of interest. I called the assistant and she said it is normal.
