had a meeting with him, asks for documents within time frame, which we sent, then says he could not represent me because he had no time and that I should know better than to take this case to court. How should I know better, isn't he the lawyer? Not professional at all. Don't waste your time.

This is a lawyer who cares about his clients. He does his utmost for his clients - or me, at least - and bills reasonably, especially considering the number of hours he put into my file. I would recommend him without hesitation.

There is low, and then there is H. Ginsberg. This is the definition of a lawyer who's not understood when to quit. To call him slimy might not do justice to the creatures which inhabit the swamps. Find yourself a more honest lawyer, unless this kind of person reflects you better. In that case, you'll get exactly what you deserve.
