when dealing with important legal matters, clients deserves proactive updates and professional follow through, that was not my experience. Instead , I have experienced repeated delays in communication and limited clarity regarding case progress. While legal representation requires timely updates and consistent guidance, unfortunately I didn’t feel confident that my case was being handled with the urgency it required.

Very disappointing experience.
Communication was consistently poor, follow-through was lacking, and expectations were repeatedly missed. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful, with little clarity or accountability.
I would not choose to work with ( the below professional standards Mariana Slomyanski) again, and her service is not recommended to anyone seeking reliability or professionalism.

serious warning based on my experience if you are Iraqi or Arab and were referred to this lawyer through Nael Shaba, I urge you to stop, and reconsider before proceeding. my experience was not a misunderstanding or minor issue, but a pattern of unprofessional conduct, lack of transparency and failure to protect client's best interest. If Nael is acting as an intermediary, do not trust this man and any statement or assurances without independent verification. do not sign documents without checking every word first, do not accept silence or delay, or for better results, withdraw your file immediately, and seek a lawyer who is ethical, transparent, responsive, and genuinely committed to your best interest. this review reflects real personal experience to protect others from harm. legal representation should be built on trust and accountability, when those missing, the consequences can be sever and long-lasting unnecessary headache.

This lawyer has a snitch who can spy at your life from a distance without using a physical cameras , even when you are at the bathroom, they will try to control your decisions and you think that is your decision because you don’t know what is going on , but if you know things will change.

She convinced me to settle the tort for minimum without telling me this is the tort she told me that this is a support money from the insurance company.she will be on the black list of LSO soon. She misled me she is the worst, and now after finding out what was her game I have found another lawyer to transfer my file to and this was the best decision I have made regarding my case. My advice to you if you are an existing client or planing to have her as a lawyer is to RUN.

This is kind of lawyer who sell your file to the insurance company she has a private kid who work as an investigator behind the scene they do have spying device that could breach your privacy and bring you headache she is criminal with no physical evidence which makes her dangerous on the well being of the clients. This comment will be deleted as well as many comments but my advice to you do not deal with this lawyer at all or it’s too late

God awful lawyer and person. Does not respond to emails, phone calls, questions etc. I had to pay for my own treatment after surgery and did not have treatment before surgery because of lack of communication and coordination. I wouldn’t wish Mariana on anyone!

I was involved in a bad motor vehicle accident and sustained a lot of injuries. It was my luck that Mariana Slomyanski was my lawyer and she and her team were with me all the time. My car accident case was taken from this law office in January 2018 and it is now January 2020! No one in this law office knows what they are doing and I repeatedly receive emails/calls asking for the same information over and over again about details of the case. The assistants mixed up my tickets for the 3rd parties tickets on call which highlights that the firm operates with terrible organization and communication. In the past 2 years I have not had the opportunity to speak to the lawyer once and the paralegal Anjum Qurashi that works alongside her has ghosted on me. I still have not received my Accident Benefits and I am leaving this note to voice my concern with anyone who will be going through this law firm. Please stay away. Would leave zero stars if I could.
