Six months of poor communication and very little action. Daniel has been very ineffective. Would not recommend.

I found this local lawyer to be dishonest and unethical - not only did he direct his client to behave dishonestly, he also encouraged unethical behaviour of his client. His elderly client, poorly advised, then ended up with having a police report to deal with. His communication skills are unprofessional- even you could say catty or provocative. One wonders how he can make a living at this as I can see this is not the first glaringly poor review he has received. His actions will surely catch up with him some day. Avoid like the plague!

Did some work for him, not only did he make harassing rude comments regarding my sons intelligence level, but he is refusing to pay his bill for work already completed and I will be suing him in small claims court. Very poor communication skills, and tends to avoid answering his phone and door. You would think a human rights lawyer would know not to make harassment comments in the workplace, especially as an employer!

I’ve known Dan since he was a realtor before he went to law school-25+ years. He has acted for me and my family on more than one one case. Left our file on his desk for four months then sent a message asking for information, which we had already provided, He said the deadline to submit our claim was the day before we received his emai! Turned out the deadline was actually the next week. Deducted a large fee from our retainer and provided no value for it. I have a report of an even worse story about Dan from another reliable source. Amazing that he would display such incompetence in front of a former colleague and old acquaintance. Steer clear of this jackass.
