His strategy is too conservative, I will say a bit outdated and too soft. Not sure if he is too busy or not. At the end, after a lengthy waste of time battling, I decide to move to different legal advice.

Advocates with tenacity, dedication & passion of younger lawyers, but has the advantage of yrs of valuable wisdom, expertise & knowledge in extreme high conflict cases, investments & finances. Uses foresight to defend rights. For 5 yrs, I have been dealing with a high conflict nightmare opponent, but HF & PC have been beyond extraordinary to push back aggressive litg tactics ensuring I will not be deprived of a just outcome.ALWAYS SOLID ADVICE.NEVER steers you wrong. Lays out all options, then takes the most practical course. Very fair billings & worth the $$; unlike others.I highly recomend HF & PC. Howard came highly recommended from a family friend that is also a lawyer. His experience in dealing with high conflict and difficult divorces was the primary reason I chose him to represent me and I was not disappointed. He listened to all of my issues and concerns then formulated a clear plan that prioritized the issues and how to address them. Although the other side threw up many obstacles and was generally uncooperative, Howard was responsive to the situations and brought the sides together for a satisfactory close much sooner than I had expected. Howard and his legal assistants are professional, responsive, and friendly. Howard helped me get my life back in order after my difficult divorce and I highly recommend him.

A lawyer who is primarily concerned about his clients well being. He takes the time to lay out your options thus allowing the client to make a rational decision in their own best interests. The very nature of Family Law makes the client vulnerable. Howard tactfully ensures that the emotions don't guide clients down the wrong path. He is a beam of light in a time of darkness. His own decency and intellect guide him.
