I used his services to deal with the purchase of my home. Had no issues whatsoever. I heard from his staff he's closed nearly 100,000 deals in the province, I can see why he does a lot of business. I will be using them again in my future purchases.

I can't say enough about Jeff Shypit. I have been a Licensed Realtor here in Winnipeg for over ten years and have recommended him to all of my clients who were in need of legal advice. Jeff has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable and gets back to you as quickly as possible. Whenever my clients had any kind of issue, Jeff was right there to help clarify for them. I had Jeff as my lawyer when buying my house and it was worthless, i have been all the time thinking that he was the builder's lawyer and not mine but it was me who paid his fees. Not recommended at all.

Jeffrey Shypit was UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. He knew nothing about my file, insulting me twice calling me Karen after being corrected, told me he didn’t know why they took my HOUSE CLOSING even on, told me to go find other representatives instead of answering anything, was overly rude, also said if I knew how to read my emails proper I would know he’s busy. Overall experience was horrid!!

We contacted Jeff when purchasing our first home. Jeff and his team were wonderful to deal with! We closed on our home in a short amount of time. They were quick to reply to all communications and very accommodating given our tight timeline. We really appreciate the way Jeff broke things down for us when explaining all the legal terms. VERY happy we went with Jeff!
