Team of his staff were very detailed, thorough and understanding. Although I won my case it was long & exhausting so they were encouraging and supportive. It's too bad that the document fees (printing) cost so much for my 6 year ICBC case but Mr. Mitchell did get me a settlement of over $400 000.00, for my many injuries. He suggested that I continue fighting for my fair compensation but I didn't have the energy to keep going. He's has more tenacity than me.
