Thank you Brij Mohan for helping me with my case. ICBC was offering me only $20k and were so rude to me in all situations. This law firm helped me to get back in shape after the accident. I had a very difficult case and more than half a dozen lawyers told me that my case was hopeless. Mr. Mohan took my matter as a challenge and ran a jury trial and got me the verdict which no one ever expected. His efforts and zeal saved my life and brought it back on track. I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with 2 different lawyers At Brij Mohan by the time my icbc case settled, but not sure if they did their best to settle my case. I think they were looking to fill their pocket first before considering my pain. To my understanding, they are only concerned about making money. They don't care about pain and suffering and when the time came for settlement, they won't give me correct amount that I will be getting. Only calculated what they will be getting. Won't hire this lawyer again.

My claim was initially denied under ICBC's low velocity impact program.They said I could not have gotten hurt because of there was not much damage to my car.No lawyer wanted to take my case. Brij Mohan and Associates got me 100,000 at mediation.

Adverstises himself to be the most fiece lawyer. I saw him when he opened my file then never saw him again until i was pressured to settle my ICBC claim. I asked my family law lawyer and I was told Brij Mohan has never done 1 trial in BC for ICBC cases. He only cares to make money.
