I was very happy with the services provided by Mr. Binder. He handled my P.R. application and obtained my permanent resident status.

Very disappointed in this lawyer. I called him as he is Romanian like me, out of too much trust for him, based on his country of origin. His secretary referred me to his associate, as Sammy was on vacation. His associate was apparently worthless, charging me behind my back, without me knowing, in spite of my instructions to stop working on my file. When i complained to Sammy binder law firm and his secretary about the unethical and worthless services behaviour of his associate, i received a $6000 legal bill on the top of the one i was disputing. Moreover, Sammi binder is fighting for all these outrageous and made up bills in courts, not even willing to look in my initial complaint. Do yourself a favour and run away from this lawyer , if you wish to have someone competent and ethical in dealing with your case and money.
