I had Caroline as my divorce lawyer. She was HORRIBLE at getting back to me with information. I would have to email, call and text her multiple times over the course of weeks to ever get a response. I had wanted to get divorced with my husband before waiting for a year of separation (required in Ontario) and I would have been able to easily since he had gone to jail for abuse, but she was so hard to contact and she took so long to submit my papers that it had been well over a year before my divorce papers were even submitted (making it easier on her). She would make excuses for missing meetings with me and lost papers of mine twice with the court house meaning that I had to meet with her again to resign them. Her knowledge on the case was basic and nothing special. It was a horrible experience having her as my lawyer. I would never recommend her to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
