Disinterested and poor advice.
Me and my wife urgently needed a lawyer for an NCIS investigation and hired Vik based on his solid online reviews, only to later realize our urgency blinded us to all the red flags.
From the get go, his strategy was to sit and wait, instead of developing a plan to get ahead of the investigation before it spiraled out of control. This investigation had already negatively affected my wife’s career, and when we called to update him when it began to impact my career, he shrugged it off as part of the process and told us to contact an employment lawyer; end of phone call in less than a minute and no further guidance.
When we asked him how to get our confiscated items back from law enforcement, he advised us to call them and ask for it back, the “keep him in the loop.” It’s crazy how we just agreed that all communication will be through him, and his first advice is for us to reach out to law enforcement ourselves.

If you're looking for a lawyer, stop here. There is no other reason to keep looking past Vik Monder. He is the best lawyer in San Diego hands down. He is a very honest and cordial person, but aggressive in the court room. He will never lead you on. Rather he only gives you the facts specific to your case and his plan to fight for you. He will fight for you until he gets the result you and him were working for. When retaining Vik Monder, you're a team. He works to compile a mitigation package so that the DA and Court are looking at someone who is a human being vs being judged by your charges. He fought with me for 9 months until we got the results we wanted. He isn't one that will ask you to plea early so that he gets paid for minimal work. When you retain Vik Monder he truly cares about you and your case and won't give up until you and him get the best result possible. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, it will be a quick call to Attorney Vik Monder.

DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER LAWYER IN SAN DIEGO PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Vik Monder is the best criminal defense attorney in San Diego. A lot of other lawyers say they are the best but Vik Monder is the only one that I have hired that gets results.

Vik Monder is an up and coming lawyer and in my mind the very Top Lawyer in San Diego! I am amazed at some of the situations he can work with and his interpersonal skills are impeccable. In the case that you receive a DUI or get into any trouble? Monder Law is your only choice!
