INCOMPETENT! I had a lawsuit initiated by her against the Edmonton police and my ex wife, during a nasty divorce. I was wrongfully arrested and imprisoned for 2 days due to lies my ex told police. To make a long story short, Erica FORGOT to serve the lawsuit to both parties before the statue of limitations expired!!! I hired another lawyer to evaluate her file, and possibly to sue her. Erica also forgot to include a "defamation of character" claim in the original lawsuit as found out by the other lawyer. And to sue would not be worth the cost after a possible judgment against Erica. Cost me almost $10,000 to clear my name (3500) and pay these 2 lawyers. Not to mention lost wages, stress, and total disrespect for the police. Then I complained to the law society about Erica, and they told me her insurance lapsed, so they can do nothing. Nice!!! considering her daddy is a judge in Edmonton.
