An error was made in his writing of the MSA which resulted in a significant loss of income from my ex-spouse. He made no attempt to correct it, and even blamed me by saying I was the one who signed it. I counted on him to professionally represent me, and he failed. He also stated that I was the one who filed for the dissolution, which was the opposite from the truth. He charged me for 3 hours to draft the MSA, then emailed it to me 90 minutes after agreeing to do so. Hmmm... He was very sloppy in how he handled my case - I'm not even sure he read my file at all. Obviously I was just a cash deposit into his account. Very disappointed!
