Save yourself the money and aggravation in dealing with this attorney and his lousy law firm. Anytime you question what he is telling you, he starts to argue with you. To bad he doesn't argue like this with the opposing counsel. He and his incompetent staff have lied to me several times, which has cost me money as well as losing much needed medical treatment. This firm is only interested in how much money they can make on my case in the shortest amount of time. If you are looking for an understanding, knowledgeable and caring firm DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They make talk a good game up front but when it comes right down to it, they'll throw you under the bus so fast you will not know what hit you. RUN don't walk away from this firm.
