I paid her to handle a bogus 50B & get separation agreement enforced. Did not show up to discuss case before hearing as promised, ran out of court room & said she didn't promise to do anything other than 50B, paid her 3 times what other lawyers wanted for just a 50B. When I forced the issue she told me to get an emergency custody order - later said I didn't qualify for one; then actually told me "maybe if you wait your ex will bring your daughter back." Forgot to bring documents to court, could not find part of document she was suppose to discuss - made judge upset; gave her copies of agreement 4 times. I had email where she said would handle custody on my court date. Told me I used all of my money just on 50B but billing showed that was a lie. So I called her boss & she promised to talk to ex; then told my ex she wasn't representing me if I didn't do certain things. Unethical, unprepared, late, lied to me. Took me weeks to get child back, should have onlya a day.
