This attorney was suppose to take on custody, reduction of child support and also file contempts against the ex due to holding out on visitation, etc. There have actually been ongoing violations of custody order that have been violated that this attorney won't pursue. Anyway, to date, the only thing accomplished is an INCREASE of child support! Child support was actually illegally garnished from unemployment AND retirement at the same time! When a judge is asking why and how this happened and is asking why it's gone on for over a year, something is wrong! I am being alienated from my children and have police reports from where visitation has been denied. No contempts have been filed. Alienation continues on.... I have been lied to as to what court dates are for and there have been contradictions from emails versus phone conversations/texts, etc. This attorney foregoes fiduciary duty! Reckless! He bills in excess for items that I have no record of! He refuses to send copies of paperwork
