This guy is amazing. He knows his stuff and works hard to get results. He identified charter violations in my case and beat my impaired charges at trial. I've learned my lesson and made my mistakes but I'm glad I hired Jim so that I didn't get a record and this didn't affect me in the long term.

I recently retained Jim Dean to represent me on two criminal charges that were unjustly laid on me. My experience with Jim over the next few months was incredibly positive. I found Jim was accessible (even with his incredibly busy court schedule)to answering any questions I had through my legal proceedings. Jim is a very knowledgeable attorney who always made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to achieve a favourable outcome in my criminal proceedings. Ultimately, Jim did achieve the result I was so hopeful for, which was the withdrawal of my criminal charges by the Crown prosecutor. From my previous experience in working with legal counsel in other areas of law, Jim's fees are very competitive. The value I received from Jim's services was much greater than what I paid in the end. Jim is without a doubt a competent and caring lawyer. I strongly recommend Jim Dean's legal services.

Jim did an amazing job for me. His presence in the courtroom is great and he really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. His past experience as a cop makes him that much better as a defense lawyer cause he knows all the ins and outs when it comes to police and how they do their job. I would recommend him to anybody!
