Rose was recommended to me by a friend, and I chose her due to her years of experience. Best choice I ever made! She went above and beyond to communicate absolutely everything that was happening with my case, very knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate the time and effort she put into me, and on top of that; her staff is very well trained and friendly! 10/10 would recommend again to my family and friends :)

How on earth did she become a lawyer?! She doesn't really work hard for your best interest. Her communication skills are horrible. She is rude and impatient. Does not have people skills. Run away.

Didn't do anything but take my money and tell me what ICBC claimed. No advice. No help at all. I ended up permanently disabled...

Her home office location is not easy to find. She is rude and lack of patience . I am so regret to be there. I run away from her !
