Maybe Ms. Williams does a better job at representing the parent of child seeking custody than she does in representing the interests of the children themselves. She made every effort to side with the parent seeking custody, regardless of their history of violence, drug abuse, spousal abuse, lack of employment, bankruptcy, foreclosure and overall disregard for the children's safety. All for the sake of billing hours. She spent little more than 2 hours with the children and included the parent seeking custody during the children's discussions. A whopping 1 hour in person with the defending parent who has a balanced life and could offer the children a more stable/safe home environment. If you are looking for an attorney to help you win custody... go for it. If you're looking for an attorney who will look out for the best interests of your children - find someone else! Susan H. Williams has wreaked irreparable damage on a family that will take a lifetime to heal.
