Ms. Ventura handled my divorce which I was happy with. 3 yrs later my ex took early retirement and taking advantage of my mental issues lied & cheated me out of alimony. She allowed my ex to pay alimony using my portion of his pension divided as marital assets. She never had him disclose his full financial status.Not being a lawyer, I had no idea that I was not represented properly. I trusted her for 12 yrs until I found out by accident that she has misrepresented me. I have lost everything due to 3 major surgeries and her refusal to get a modification which I needed. My ex was buying a 2nd home while claiming he couldn't pay alimony, she knew this and also kept secret the copy of his financial report she had. He vacations for a month in Paris, a month in Italy, and still refuses to help with alimony. He also cancelled my court ordered life insurance. I went bankrupt and lost my home. I have no place to live or the money to rent. Shame on you. I tried to speak with her she refused.
