After 3.5 years and a lot of work on my own time, she chose to withdraw from my case. The judge made a motion to dismiss without prejudice but Tina was never prepared for this case to go to trial. She told me she was afraid I would not make it through, I would die or be taken out on a stretcher and made the motion to remove herself from the case 3-4 days before the trial was scheduled to start. She wasn't ready to represent me.
