never communicated with me, hardly ever returned my calls, didn't tell, left me on hold for an hour, the automated answering service said I was 3rd to be answered and I waited on hold gor an hour, and no one ever answered, so I finally hung up. when I won my case no one called me to let me know, I had my money setting in my bank account for a week, and found out by sheer accident that it was there. still have not heard from them.
