I always used this lawyer and never had any problem with property buying or closing. Everything was ontime and clear with full explanation.

He is rude and has a negative opinion just about anything. It's like you owe something to him from a moment you start talking. Completely ignores customer's needs. It feels like behaving this way he compensates for personal issues in his life. He is a sponsor of Canadian soccer club FC Vorkuta, called after the city in Russia known for multiple prisons and inhuman lifestyle. Perhaps this is where his mental health issues come from. Don't ever use the guy, ignore in all possible circumstances. Why would you deal with a paranoic, just respect yourself and get a quality legal service - anyone is better than this imbecile.

Doesn't know how to talk to people property. Simply called for an update on something and was told I must have time on my hands to be calling him, and that he doesn't make miracles happen. He's a horrid lawyer. not sure where he gets business from.. highly recommend you do not use this lawyer, he's very unprofessional. He will be reported to the law society.

Very rude and unprofessional, we found out that 1 appliance didn't work at the house we posessed, and let hem know the same closing day, he ignored us 2 weeks and then when money were released he told us nothing could be done with it. He is a real joke, not a lawyer.
