Please don't waste your time or money on Miller and Brown. We hired them to get our children back from a temporary guardianship order and they made all kind of promises but never delivered. Therefore our children have been in a very abusive home from Nov - May of this year! It has been so traumatic for us and our children. Mr. Miller and staff have shown absolutely no empathy whatsoever in our case. They are impossible to talk to as they are always out of the office. When you do finally get to speak to them they are very curt, short and very harsh. We put down $4000 to get our children returned to us which they promised would be an easy case. We'll guess what? The children are still not home with us (their parents). They have drug this case out for so long. They would not call for an emergency hearing when the children were being abused. They just tried to pacify us with their legal jargon. Look somewhere else for a lawer!
