No one that had anything to do with him would recomend this lawyer. He did nothing for me and would forward emails from oposing council to me and let me figure it out or let his students figure it out, which was always poor advise. I will be paying for Grahams gross incompidence for the rest of my life. Graham was more interested in calculating how much money he would make off me. It turned a poor seperation agreement into a terrible divorse agreement. I wish I had read the reviews here first. I know from experience that they are true. 15,000$ later I had to eventually fire him.

I hired him to get my child support filed with maintenance which was fine except it was incorrect and now 10 years later I am having to change things because it wasn't done right in the first place and this is going on 3 years to fix these errors. Terrible human being don't waste your money you will have better luck with a scratch ticket

This guy did nothing much to help me. I'm pretty certain I was double charged because he had his student lawyers do most of the work. Wasn't going to even attend important court dates was going to send the student. Very poor business/work ethics. The interest they charge is unreal. I almost owe the same amount of interest as I do my bill. Not happy at all with the outcome of family court. To change what I got he said would require more court dates and of course more money I don't have. Hindsight I wish I had done more research and went with a much more professional lawyer especially after spending nearly 12 grand.

I hired this lawyer to get custody of my child, he also had my court order messed up where I can not get increase of my maintenance and now I have to go back to court, so I have to redo the process over, also told me my spousal had to be stayed due to running out of time while in court , Now $12,000 later and I'm still not divorced. Its pretty bad when this $12,000 was for 2 appearances in court and a bunk court order that I now have to appeal myself due to the lack of listening to the CLIENT. I would never recommend him or Merchant Lawyers to anyone. total scam!!

I only gave him one's because you can't rate them any lower. This man takes your money and leaves you hanging. You will never get a settlement if you hire him

This man took my money, and did nothing for me. He initiated nothing and focused on answering opposing counsels threats. He dragged out the entire process and after a year and three months I still have not been to court. I still have no divorce settlement and am now facing bankruptcy. He refuses to acknowledge my emails and will not take my calls. He has cancelled every appointment I have made to see and speak with him by phone and in person.He has not spoken to me in more than six months.
