Terrible lawyer.
He filed motions/papers with the court - with the wrong dates - and addressed to the wrong judge.
He didn’t depose the only witness for the opposing party because he “forgot” that the information was given to him.
Even the federal district court judge eviscerated him in his Order awarding summary judgment to the opposing party because of what the judge stated were his “serious failures”, “total failure” and “substantial failures” as a “rare lawyer”.
Terrible lawyer!
