Alex Toolsie and his agent, Joshua Emery Stevenson (lawyer), will be your "super guys" if you don't care about the legal consequences they could bring to you. Based on my personal experience with them in the Ontario family court case 588/17, they could boldly assist their client to change the court-issued order, assist to violate court order, lie to the police officer using contradictory arguments and threaten the other party against public interests. Although it was a hard time to be in court with them as an international Math student for one year, it was still OK for me to disclose their easy schemes at the court. So don't hesitate to fight if you believe what they do is illegal. You may consider contacting the Law Society of Upper Canada if you find such their illegal activities like my experience.

Alex help me win against one of the best lawyer in Kitchener. He help me calm down when I needed it. He listened to me. He make you feel good when you leave his office. He says I will look after this matter and he does. After our meeting with the other lawyer I had my money in 5 days. Thanks Alex.

I fully agree with the previous two ratings of Mr. Toolsie. My son and I came to him somewhat under duress time-wise as due to circumstance - no fault of previous counsel, we needed to change lawyers. Response time was of the essence and Mr. Toolsey did not disappoint. He is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, skillful, always on topic, and always has time to consult. In a very difficult situation, starting out two steps behind, he was successful in resolving the separation, custody and residency issues for my son and grand-daughter much to our satisfaction.

I was referred to Alex Toolsie by a friend who told me she had a very good experience with him on her matter. When I met with him I realized why she had recommended him to me. Mr Toolsie was courteous, friendly, professional, polite and made me feel like I wasn't just another case file to him but instead felt like I was a valued client. His attention to my case made me feel more comfortable with the experience I was enduring. Even though my case was complicated Mr Toolsie made me feel like I had some hope. He maintained contact often so I knew what was happening which I also appreciated. In fact keeping me in the loop is probably why my matter settled because there were a lot of negotiating offers back and forth. I would highly recommend Mr Toolsie to anyone seeking divorce or break up legal services.
