After delaying my desire to settle my personal injury case and after requesting my file, Jeff Kaufman and Todd Yates failed to include the most convincing photos we had ONLY because they were angry I terminated our agreement. If they were good and ethical attorneys, would they have really only taken 2 very distorted and blurry pictures that were the only 2 include in my file, along with a defensive and convincing argument that those are the only pictures in existence?
I saw the series of original pictures and these two were the worst ones. As a result this defendant offered a customer coupon as reasonable settlement for lack of any proof that a defect exists in their foundation resulting in a serious injury, which ultimately led to my complete loss of assets.
Hire them if you have nothing to lose!
