My experience with Nunziata Masi was disappointing. During an already stressful legal dispute, I needed a lawyer who would ease the burden, not add to it.
I retained her because she proposed obtaining in-home assessments, which I believed were important to my case. After repeatedly delaying work on my file in favor of other cases, she ultimately told me there was no longer time to pursue them.
My case centered on a parenting schedule. Despite multiple “review of file” charges, she could not provide the current schedule when the judge asked for it and instead turned to me, prompting a reprimand. Given that the parenting schedule was the central issue in my case, this raised serious concerns about her preparation.
I was also charged twice for the same consultation. Although I raised the issue, I never received a refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her.
