Failed to see a technicality in our case and completely ruined my lawsuit. Doesn't keep track of your court dates and will leave you high and dry without a lawyer if you don't remind him to show up. Will ignore your phone calls and not file your motions.

When I hired him thought he would have my best interest.I found out he just wanted fast easy money.He wasn’t knowledgeable about Workman comp and social security. If it wasn’t from me not stopping the money receive for Workman com, social security would have took dollar for dollar. In a settlement the amount hasn’t to be prorated. He also waited right up to my hearing in front of the judge and withdrew from my case.Thank God I found another attorney to help me. I don’t know why he done me that way.Also he or my employer attorney tried to force me into agreement that was less than what I got. But the judge did not enforce it. I contested the attorney fee but the judge had already signed off.Maybe if he does someone else that way maybe the judge may remember how I was treated. I done this review in hope to help someone else.

He does not make a good court-appointed attorney, drags his feet in elderly cases.
