My experience with Paul Mazzeo and his personal secretary Nancy Bartolini was absolutely very unprofessional, they don’t return calls or emails. He should be reported to the law society for professional misconduct! I can’t even write out the whole story no one would even believe it. All I can say is to choose another law firm.There are many good law firms in the area. This would NOT be the one to consider. Arrogant and disrespectful!

Paul Mazzeo has been easy to work with… professional, reliable and above all is a very knowledgeable family lawyer. My family law case has become rather complicated, yet Paul has been prepared every step of the way. With his expertise and experience he has been successful in all family court appearances. Paul is always well prepared and organized, which I believe is the key to his success. Although this process is highly stressful, Paul is always available to respond to all my concerns. I highly recommend Paul Mazzeo and the staff at Mazzeo Law for any family law issue.

My biggest regret of the whole divorce was you Paul. It was hard already. You made something so small and simple into a disaster and all for your pocket. How many pills does it take for you to fall asleep at night.

They dont come more crooked than this guy. he knows how to waste your money. he loves sending emails and goes after worthless issues only so he can charge you more.he great at side calls with the other lawyer.if you want to go broke and gain a poor end result use this crook to handle your divorce.your biggest regret wont be getting divorced it will be using a real estate lawyer to handle your divorce.i so regret it.if only one person uses this advice i will be happy

Mr. Mazzeo is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional lawyer. He is prompt and went above and beyond to get the best outcome for me. Mr. Mazzeo was always very empathetic with my situation and was able to use out of the box thinking and strategies to get me the best outcome for my case. Thank you for all that you do Mr. Mazzeo! scam artist...avoid at all costs. if you learned about him through a referral service, he tricks you into thinking you're getting a discount, but he just ups his hourly and the discount brings it back to his regular rate

If your looking for a lawyer to write useless expensive letters full of lies and cause animosity between you and your former spouse so only to benefit his pocket then Paul is your man. This man coming off as warm hearted and caring at first will drag things on as much as possible. You can say he's considerate because he takes a long time to respond to letters which in turn gives you more time to earn money to pay his expensive fees. I truely think he should stick to real estate law. There are timelines involved and it's a set price. He can't take all your money doing that.

Paul and Olympia handled the purchase of our new home smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. I did not worry once about the details of the transaction. although I wasn't represented by him thank god however, I worked with him as self represented. My ex and I had come to an understand from the get go, and had all docs prepared, however, the documents he sent me to sign back to me had so many errors, I think a kid in grade 5 could do better, don't know if he even reviewed the original paperwork. All he had to do was cut and paste basically. When I received a copy of the doc I noticed the amounts inserted in the schedule A were incorrect and when I questioned him on it he said it was what was originally written. NOT... Either I have an incorrect original document or he and his clerk can't read or copy from one doc to the other. I'd go with the latter. Not someone I'd give my money too. In a way it works to my advantage if I ever need to go to court to dispute anything, it will be very amusing. Paul is a good-hearted man. He is a good listener, analytical and knowledgeable lawyer. With every good lawyer, there is always someone better. He got me through the worst time of my life. Lawyers are expensive, no doubt. His rates were reasonable. I wish him the best in his career.

I have had Paul Mazzeo as a lawyer for the last few years. He dealt with my case very professionally. I am an Electrition located in Peterborough and he has had to drive to Barrie. His prices are a little high. I am a newer company owner. His work has slid a bit but my case is almost resolved.

Don't believe these reviews, his own assistant wrote one of them - Paul, your walls are paper thin, perhaps waiting for your clients to leave before you and your colleagues bash them is best. First off, I was greeted by an airhead assistant in a clubbing dress and 4 inch heels, who never returned my calls but managed to send a bill every couple of weeks. Paul is a "lights are on but nobodies home" kind of guy and did absolutely nothing for me or my file - HE CANNOT PRESENT IN COURT TO SAVE HIS CAREER.

I have used Paul and referred several clients/friends to him. He is caring, knowledgable and will get the job done. Ive used him for estate planning issues as well as referred him for divorce settlements. Everyone Ive sent was always happy and appreciative.

Paul is the perfect balance between knowledge, one-on-one attention and reasonably priced service. Paul is compassionate and approached my separation with expediency and efficiency. He helped me navigate some unexpected hurdles quickly and made the process a relatively painless one. I would recommend him hands-down.

I was referred to Paul through a friend – didn’t know him prior. Upon our first consultation I almost felt like I was talking to a friend more than someone from a legal standpoint. He is very compassionate, really listens and offers his honest opinion. At a time like that – support is crucial and you can definitely depend on that from him. Going forward, he was always helpful, readily available and accomplishes what needs to be done almost instantly that you feel everything is almost over. he is an excellent lawyer who knows how to manage any type of difficult situation that may arise with a divorce leaving you feeling that everything is taken care of. Personally I’m a very organized character but because of his attributes I was literally able to sit back and let him handle everything.
I’d recommend Paul to anyone undergoing a situation that requires a family lawyer; he's personable and caring all while being strong, forceful and smart.

I found Mr. Mazzeo to be very knowledgeable. He was a great advocate for my needs and I felt that I was in good hands through the duration of the process. A divorce is a highly emotional time, but I found that Mr. Mazzeo always provided me with the helpful guidance to make some of the tough decisions. He was conscious of my situation and I felt that he always acted with me best interest in mind. I appreciated his support through my situation and I was ultimately happy with his work, and his results. I would recommend him in future.

I have to totally agree with the above poor reviews. Mr. Mazzeo does not return calls, makes decisions on his own without consulting his client. Has side conversations with the other side and does not share the conversations but definitely bills you for it. He does nothing for your case except cost you more money because you will end up finding a new lawyer to fix his errors. Appears to be in favour of the opposing side not for his own client. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM HIM when it comes to Family Law!

Mr. Mazzeo is extremely hard to get into contact with. He disregards all information provided and often acts as the decision maker for me. Mr. Mazzeo informed me that the child custody battle was dealt with in that I trusted only to find an agency calling me to collect $10,000 in child support. I tried to contact Mr. Mazzeo instantly, but no response for 3 weeks. I would never suggest him to anyone.

Paul Mezzeo took all of my money, knowing I was broke and then did not even bother to file a second court date after the judge told my ex that I had a good case and he should issue a cheque to me for 5-10 grand this was in november. Paul shook my hand and said that we wouldn't have to meet until about april because that would probably be our next court date. He would not get back to me in april, may or june and in july I received a letter from him asking me for another 5000$ or he could not continue to work for me. I asked him what about my court case and why didn't he file for it. he refused to respond. I also am looking to take legal action, if I can make it through this. My ex took all of my money and kept all my belongings. I was gonna get it back. Paul ruined my life even more. I suffer from axiety and depression and he took all of my money and all of my hope. do not trust this crook!

I found him very indifferent in regards to my situation. He did not only ignored my instructions but also made decision without my knowledge. He charged me a fortune and did not achieve me anything. I would not suggest him to any body. I do intend to pursue my matter legally with regard to his conducts.
