He is the worst lawyer I have ever seen. He treats his client with no respect. He is not prepared for court. He avoids talking to his clients after he gets their money. His client made an appointment two weeks ahead because he felt uncomfortable about the way Mr. Lane was communicating with him. Mr. Lane didn't show up. He forfeited his client's right to a speedy trial because his office was being remodeled. He shouldn't have taken the case, if he didn't have the time or facilities. He allowed a person who works for the prosecutor to be on the jury.
