I had what was supposed to be a free consultation with J. McCombs. This attorney pushed me to initiate a lawsuit without bothering to ask questions about my situation. When I asked questions I got the impression that he did not have much legal knowledge of that topic and appeared confused. He was rude and bothered by my questions. Before the time was over he told me that I had to pay him if I wanted to continue with the consultation.

I had to fire Jeff McCombs as my representative after what I consider to be the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. During the entire process I got the impression that he was lost and didn’t have a grasp of my case. During hearings the impression I got is that he was not prepared, he seemed lost and not even paying attention at times. To me it seemed like opposing counsel was walking all over us. I also believe that accounting practices from his law firm are not honest and made in such a way to deceive the client. Charges seems extremely exaggerated to me, including for work and time spent on my case that to me didn’t match his level of work or knowledge of my case. I have worked with several lawyers, and based on my experience Jeff McCombs has been the worst, by a very long shot!
