Don't buy what he sells you. He will play a scene to take your case ( good actor though ) then gives it to an useless junior lawyer who can barely spell , and sends to the other party all the privileged information . If he does not see a settlement, he withdraws , since he does not have money to pay anything more complicated to various experts , although he would promise you too much. After he withdraws , he will ask the poor junior lawyer to further abuse you when talking to other lawyers potential interested in your case . Not only he withdraws , but really does his best to ruin your lawsuit . DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER , he did very few trials , for easy cases .The rest he cannot manage and he will take them to sell you behind the table. hint hint hint

After researching and interviewing several injury law firms I chose Smitiuch Injury Law. My goal was to hire a law firm based on the possibility of going to trial and Mike Smitiuch and Peter Cho had good trial experience. The Smitiuch team helped and guided me through the stressful process with a dedicated and supportive team. Mike and Peter advised me that the insurance offer was not acceptable and that we would proceed to trial. The trial started in September 2017 and this is where the Smitiuch team was the most impressive. Mike and Peter prepared well for trial and had medical, financial and police witnesses set up in a seamless presentation. My case was presented in a clear and precise manner with clarity for the jury. The closing statements to the jury by Mike Smitiuch were epic and had the jury riveted. The jury award was in my favour and was higher than expected. I would and have recommended Smitiuch Injury Law to anyone looking for a complete and professional injury law firm.

He did not represent me well and withdrew . All he did was stalling more time for the other party , giving unauthorized privileged information to the other party behind my back . He withdrew at the end after he caused me prejudice . Absolutely not recommended . He works for Him , whatever and whomever gives him something , not for you . He will threw you under the bus to get what he wants

They treated me with disrespect , and sent me a bill , although they signed a contract of no win no fee . My case has been prejudiced by their actions . They fought me , not for me . If I had known what I an getting into , I would not have retained them . I felt they acted for the other party , not for me , all the time . They did nothing to help me , but to get information about me , while being visible cozy with the insurance lawyer . Even texted during my examination in questioning . They bullied me and be one passive aggressive when addressing my concerns . Needless to say , I had to continuously do a search regarding my case because the junior lawyer answer was « I dont Know « Make sure you record the conversations with them , because they will Not be fair with you at all

They are trouble . Rarely go to a trial banking on client intimidation to reach a settlement so they get fast money . Very unethical in their dealings with clients .

After my accident, I was at the lowest point in my life. I didn't know what to do.
